Ben is a labor and employment attorney representing individuals located in California, Washington, and New York who have been wrongfully terminated or suffered from wage and hour violations. He brings years of national litigation experience to his focused practice, suing companies that fail to pay overtime, provide legally required meal and rest breaks, or properly classify their workers.

Ben also advocates for employees subjected to discrimination whether it is unequal pay, wrongful termination related to pregnancy or illness, or workplace retaliation. His commitment to employee rights is deeply personal, shaped by firsthand experience witnessing the impact of workplace injustice. After witnessing his own wife face discrimination following a pregnancy, Ben understands the heavy toll unjust treatment can have on hardworking individuals.
