Ryan Riddles is a senior litigation attorney who advocates for employees whose workplace rights have been violated. His practice focuses on disability and pregnancy discrimination under California's Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), whistleblower retaliation, and sexual harassment.
Before joining the firm, Ryan defended employers in labor and employment disputes. That experience gives him valuable insight into how employers, defense attorneys, and insurance carriers evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies. He now draws on that perspective to anticipate defense tactics, identify weaknesses in an employer's case, and build compelling claims on behalf of employees.
