Experience & Advocacy

Zachary D. Greenberg is a complex litigation associate at Starpoint Law. Over the course of his career, Zach has focused primarily on wage-and-hour class and representative actions in both state and federal court. He also manages individual employment matters under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and the California Family Rights Act. Zach has over twenty years of experience in the legal industry and has been licensed to practice law for six years.

Throughout his career, Zach has worked for a range of firms across multiple practice areas, including commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury (with a focus on traumatic brain injuries), and employment law. He also externed for the Department of Homeland Security, driven by his interests in national security and international diplomacy. Zach is known for his strong risk management skills and negotiation tactics, which have resulted in millions of dollars in settlements and judgments for his clients.

Zach prioritizes accessibility and believes clear communication is critical when guiding clients through complex legal matters. He was drawn to the practice of law for its emphasis on accountability and the opportunity to make creative, persuasive arguments.

In his free time, Zach enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, studying art history, and following English football — particularly the North London clubs (we don’t judge).
